My name is Mrs. Sese, a Filipino American, residing in San Fernando, Pampanga. I live in an exclusive fully secured subdivision. Our subdivision has security guards who patrol the area every hour, 24 hours a day. It is not accessible to public-guests and passes need to be issued. This makes our neighborhood very safe.

We offer the following amenities for the residents' exclusive use: swimming pool, tennis and basketball court.  I have 3 sons ages 20, 12 and 9. My 20 year old is studying to be a nurse. My 12 & 9 year olds are both attending an international School. All of us are well versed in the English language. In fact, that is all my kids speak at this point. I have a 5 bedroom home of which 2 are available. I can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 male students with no vices. You can see some pictures of my home and family below.
